Nuance Hosted Services -Scheduled Maintenance Aug 3rd

As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver the highest possible uptimes for our cloud hosted solutions, Nuance is migrating the primary Nuance Management Server (NMS) database to an Azure Availability Zone in the Central region. Availability Zones provide an additional level of redundancy within an Azure region and protects against data center specific failures by replicating the infrastructure and services to one or more data centers in the region. This intra-region redundancy, coupled with our multi-region deployment model, offers our users the highest level of availability.

In order to implement this change, Nuance Hosted Services has scheduled a maintenance window for Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 1:00 AM EDT. Nuance expects the maintenance window to be no longer than 30 minutes. Many cloud services will remain available during this window, however the impact to users will vary by product. Users may experience issues authenticating, saving customizations, or utilizing certain features during this time. Please see below for the list of products that may be impacted.
