RETURNS
There are no returns provided by our company. We will assist in connecting the customer with the manufacturer should there be an issue with the item within the manufacturers’ warranty period.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain information on whom to contact for your warranty submission.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds provided by Dictation Direct. If any refund is proved as warranted by the manufacturer it will be completed by them.
Please Note
All returns are done to the manufacturer directly NOT to DICTATION DIRECT. We do not accept returns of any items other than to assist with the facilitation of the manufacturers’ warranty issues.
