Dictation Direct started from the realization that not every professional had the ability to provide a dedicated staff member for processing notes or needed documentation for their own clients. Some professionals had even moved into a more streamlined executive suite with shared resources to streamline costs. Providing transcription and document processing services to those professionals became the primary focus of Dictation Direct. With growth comes the addition of team members to better service our customer base, adding more technically skilled customer service agents, Dictation Direct is looking forward to growth and progress in the future.
