Dragon Medical One Training - Manage formatting
How to open Manage Formatting in Dragon Medical One and set preferences for dates, times, numbers, measurements, vertebrae, lists, and sentences.
Customizing personal settings in Dragon Medical Practice Edition let users set unique preferences for their workflow, including contractions, how numbers are written, and date formatting. Those same kinds of preferences are available in Dragon Medical One through Manage Formatting.
This tutorial assumes you already have Dragon Medical One installed and can open the DragonBar help window.
How to open Manage Formatting
With your microphone activated, say "Manage Formatting". If you are already in the help menu, you can also open it from the menu with a few mouse clicks.
Once the help window is open, click the hamburger menu in the top left to open the hidden menu. Then click "Manage Formatting" at the bottom of the list.
Once that menu is expanded, you will see these categories:
- Dates
- Times
- Numbers
- Measurements
- Vertebrae
- Numbered Lists
- Words and sentences
