We’ve received numerous reports from our customers that upgrading to Windows 11 breaks Dragon Medical Practice Edition. Dragon Medical Practice Edition 4 has been discontinued since March 31, 2021 and support officially ended on March 31st, 2022. With the product fully outside the support window, all users are encouraged to upgrade to Dragon Medical One.
Running software that is no longer supported by the manufacturer could also put your practice at risk of HIPAA non-compliance. Users remaining on the sunset Dragon Medical Practice Edition versions should discuss this with their compliance manager.
